For Jacobson, chronic pain wasn’t just an inconvenience—it was years of debilitating struggle, consultations with twenty-three different doctors, and no clear answers. What he found was a fragmented system with outdated playbooks. Instead of staying grounded in frustration, he built a new trajectory: a platform designed to rewrite the future of pain management.

To power this mission, Jacobson assembled a crew of pain psychologists, physicians, data scientists, and technologists. Together they engineered Nerveli—a science-driven platform that combines gamified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with machine learning guidance. It adapts in real time to each user’s journey, delivering personalized insights, daily exercises, and a community of fellow travelers who understand the mission.
